Terms of use

Website operator

This website is operated by ROEL TRANS SERV SRL. Its verified identification and contact details appear below. The website presents international road transport information and accepts enquiries, primarily from business customers.

Enquiries and transport services

Submitting the form requests information or a quotation and does not itself conclude a transport contract. Route, price, vehicle, equipment, cargo eligibility, availability and timing must be agreed in a separate quotation or contract. No delivery deadline, certification or specific fleet capacity is guaranteed by this website. Cabotage is subject to Regulation (EC) 1072/2009 as amended, including the Mobility Package, and the conditions applicable to each operation.

Acceptable use and content

Use the website lawfully. Do not submit abusive messages, malicious content or personal data you are not entitled to share. Website text and images may be used only with the permission of the relevant rights holder or as permitted by law. General editorial content is informational and does not confirm that a particular service or vehicle is available.

Availability and rights

We aim to keep information accurate but errors and interruptions may occur. Contact us to verify information relevant to a booking. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Transport contracts are governed by their agreed terms and applicable mandatory law.
